Shipping policy

We ship to United States Only from our international warehouse. Please allow 7-14 business days for delivery after processing. Shipping times may be affected during busy periods. All orders include tracking and are typically dispatched within 24–48 hours.

Late or Lost Orders

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Duo Dazzle Gems is not responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer or left in a requested safe place or with a neighbor.

Returns

We offer a 30-day exchange or refund policy from the date of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties or import taxes. We recommend tracked shipping for all returns.
